--- We wish to continue to enhance our reputation as a distinct urban parish. Grace's liturgical mix of Episcopalian tradition with a willingness to embrace new ideas, its sharing of facilities with other faith communities, and its outreach in the community are all examples of elements that give the church the special character that we cherish. The award-winning building brings the curious city visitor and tourist alike to seek out GracePlace. Grace Church's uniqueness retains many parishioners even as they move great distances away |

| --- We are
committed to the faith development of children and
adults. Whether through Bible study, discussion groups,
or programs which function within the worship service, we
want to increase knowledge of Jesus, our understanding of
the Episcopal church and our roles as Christians in this
life we are given. --- Grace Church is very involved in community activities and interests. The GracePlace Community Center and the chapel provide gathering places that enrich the mind and spirit and reflect the vibrancy of the South Loop neighborhood. Grace is truly a place where the community can come together. Who
are we? We are happy that you've found us and we welcome you to our congregation. We want to be a "home for your spirit in the South Loop." |
