The following deposit and refund policy are in effect as of the date above. Exceptions to this policy are rarely granted.
Bookings within 10 days of the event:
discretion to schedule at all
full donation required immediately to reserve the space
no refund
last-minute scheduling fee: an additional $50
Bookings within 30-days / One month of the event:
100% donation required to reserve space
no refund
Bookings over 30 days / One month
50% of donation required to reserve the space
balance due 30 days before the event
refund, minus $50 booking fee, prior to 30 days before the event.
Grace Church needs to receive the full suggestion donation 30 days before the scheduled event or the event may be cancelled and no refund granted.
Where a donation due day falls during a weekend or holiday, the previous work day will apply.
